District leaders and teachers and classified staff came together on Monday August 10 2026 to celebrate the new school year and award the Teacher of the Year and Classified Employee of the Year for 2026. 

Ms. Glenda Alvarado was awarded Teacher of the Year, and surprised by her family. It was a joy to witness her receive the award. She is an educational trailblazer through the dual language program, laying the foundation for biliteracy in Lennox students. Congratulations! 

Ms. Elizabeth Rosales was awarded Classified Employee of the Year. She is someone who quietly exemplifies excellence. Her family joined the staff in a round of applause as she was given her award. Congratulations for all you do!
